Wrinkle Market Kennel

Welcome to the Wrinkle Market Chinese Shar-Pei Kennel and Ranch. My journey loving this remarkable breed and commitment to their constant improvement began when I saw my first Shar-Pei on the front of a boat on Lake Austin. I was amazed at this unusual looking dog; I made it a goal to purchase one. In 1986, I purchased my first Shar-Pei, a male named Che’. Eight months later along came my first female, Honey. The saying is that you can not just have one; well I sure proved the theory. When I decided to breed, I never dreamed of starting The Wrinkle Market. In 2009, I built my dream kennel and training  facility.  The Wrinkle Market crew now resides in Benton, Kansas, 9 miles from Wichita. The Wrinkle Market is in a state of constant improvement and we are always bringing new puppies into the show ring. For over 36 years, I have made a commitment to improve the breed; a journey that I would travel over and over again.
